She has a lightweight yet incredibly strong construction; Vinylester-infused e-glass in the hull and carbon fiber in the deck and superstructure which increases strength and durability while reducing weight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">WISHINGSTAR is powered by low hour twin Volvo D11\u2019s 725hp shaft drive which provide a fast and efficient 25 knot cruise and 29 knot top speed. At a cruising speed of 20\u00a0knots she only burns approximately 35 gal an hour combined! That is incredible fuel efficiency and performance for a yacht of this size. The GB54 is versatile in her ability to cruise at high speeds as well as long ranges at trawler speeds, approx. 1,500 nm @ 10 knots.
