XWAVE was purchased brand new by the current owner. Since taking delivery the owner has only used the vessel for family vacations and has always followed a strict maintenance policy. XWAVE has never been offered for charter so the Captain has always had time to schedule the annual maintenance and adhere to the strict RINA Class standards. The vessel completed the 5yr RINA Class inspection in August and has received the updated classification certificate. Along with completing the RINA inspection in August the vessel also completed the following list of work:
Work completed in July/August 2023:
- Removal and replacement of thru hull valves
- Rebuilt Fire and Bilge pump
- Megger test on fire and bilge pump, generators, engine room ventilation, fuel transfer pump
- Shafts dialed, straightened, dye penetration test, props lapped on – new tides seals
- New cutlass bearings
- Rudders bump tested
- Anchor chains gauged – Anchor chains repaint (RYBWG) Anchors repainted
- All batteries load tested
- New chiller coils for AC
- Backup AC raw water pumps rebuilt
- Black and Grey water tanks inspected
- New grey water sensor
- Shafts and rudders will received new prop speed
- Main engines automatic shut downs checked (low oil, overspeed, etc)
Due to the recently completed work the vessel is in true turn-key condition.
Focal points of the main salon are a stunning hydraulic drop-down terrace, a large L-Shaped sofa and a dining area. A substantial garage stores a Williams jet tender and other water sports equipment, leaving the decks and flybridge uncluttered for entertaining. At the bow is a seating and sunbathing area shaded by a removable sail-cover style awning.
Accommodations include a spacious on-deck Master stateroom, with 180 degree views and large ensuite head. Additionally, two generously appointed VIP staterooms and two elegant guest staterooms are meticulously designed to ensure a superior level of comfort for all passengers. Each stateroom is thoughtfully equipped with ensuite heads, guaranteeing the utmost privacy and convenience. One of the guest staterooms features a convertible sliding berth system, offering flexibility to configure the space as a twin or double berth arrangement, catering to diverse guest preferences.
For the dedicated crew, accommodations for a team of five are thoughtfully positioned in the bow area, providing a discreet and well-appointed living space forward of the galley. Accessible via a dedicated flight of stairs, this design ensures the crew can efficiently attend to the needs of the vessel and its guests while maintaining their own privacy and comfort.
