2018: All new exterior cushions, All new steering hoses, rebuilt steering rams, complete over-haul Gen 99 kw and new electrical end for zero time, pull hot tub and repaint, rebuild all 14 jets new pump, pluming, new control board for hot tub, install 5 new air handlers and blowers also replace chiller number 1, purchase 20129 Yamaha wave runner, Bring in BlueStar Marine All handlers and fan coil units plus all ducting where cleaned and gone through for mold and cleaning along with all dryer vents, replace with new soundown carpet under lament and carpet for sky lounge, replace indoor and exterior and engine room camera video system, rebuild boat deck davit new cylinder rebuild, new cable and bearings and new hoses, replace crew carpet and new crew mattress and reupholster crew galley settee, polish all stone through the boat, replace galley with new cook top, new double oven and griddle
